Avoiding the Heat of Summer
As July temps rise, finding a day to hike comfortably at lower elevations in Colorado can be difficult. Time for me to cool off in an air-conditioned studio and create a winter scene for my 2026 holiday cards. A howling wolf, "Back in Colorado," was my holiday art last year.
